This will be an

intensive

progressive
chakra course led by Reiki Master Jillian Costa, which will help everyone learn how to find balance in their lives, and lead the way to self-fulfillment and spiritual enlightenment.

Each week will focus on a new chakra beginning at the root, as we work our way up through the body towards the crown. Not only will there be detailed descriptions of each chakra, but also personal questionnaires so we can discover where our own imbalances are, and we can begin the healing process from the inside out.
