This course will take place Saturday mornings from 10-11:30am, each Saturday for 6 more weeks.

Chakra Balancing Course: Week 4: Heart Chakra

How can we balance our time and energy when our daily lives are so hectic?

How can we find Harmony in mind, body, and spirit?

This will be an
intensive and
progressive chakra course led by Reiki Master Jillian Costa, which will help everyone learn how to find balance in their lives, and lead the way to self-fulfillment and spiritual enlightenment.

Each week will focus on a new chakra beginning at the

root
, as we work our way up through the body towards the

crown
. Not only will there be detailed descriptions of each chakra, but also personal questionnaires so you can discover where your imbalances are, and can begin the healing process from the inside out.

Each week we will learn methods to maintain the balance of our chakras, and each class will close with a brief meditation/visualization.

Price per class: $25 or $150 for
all 7 classes.
